Madness of Driving in Kotor Bay Montenegro 2025
This is a driving tour in Kotor Bay starting from the Vrmac Tunnel that is 1637m long. I will go through Muo, Prcanj, Stoliv, Lepetani and ending at Tivat. The road is very narrow barely enough space for two small cars and you are often having to pull to the side to make way for the other incoming traffic. With the cruise ships letting off their passengers and taking them on bike tours and small cart tours it can be hectic. But it is manageable and you just have to be confident in your driving.

Splendid views, of course, all around the Bay of Kotor.
All around the Mediterranean, we found the Moped drivers had decided the painted centre line was meant as "their" lane.
They pass you at great speeds – it was dizzying.
