Very beautiful property. Rooms were huge and very comfy with air conditioning. We paid for valet parking as streets narrow and hard to find a space. Valet parking was excellent service, no problem at all. Staff and the manager were all lovely and very helpful, very pleased with our choice of accommodation and would stay again. There were 4 of us and we had 2 deluxe suites . We went out for a meal and found lots of bars and restaurants in a nearby square within walking distance. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning location nestled in the heart of Castres. The picturesque views of this charming town, combined with the beautiful surroundings made my stay truly unforgettable. Castres is a fun and pretty place to visit and the Renaissance Hotel is the place to stay centrally. Great location, large and well appointed rooms, friendly staff and good value. Nice central hotel in old town. The hotel does valet parking if you arrive by car. Parking, Petit Dej, Déco, Accueil Top ! Staff very friendly….. super hotel. Great location, friendly staff.
