Trying to Pick the Right Under-Seat Carry Bag — Narrowing the List and Need Advice

I’m looking for an under-seat carry bag for flights.

Typical load for me: laptop, iPad, 2 phones, power bank, cords/chargers, headphones, a water bottle, a sub sandwich, a notebook, Tshirt, underwear, socks, and a book.

I think the bags I’m eyeing can handle that — but I want real-world opinions.
