Warso, we choose an authentic stay in a communist era apartment block for $50 a night. It’s right in the center next to the iconic Palace of Culture and skyscrapers. These blocks are all over Poland with kiosks at the entrance, a relic from communist era planning to provide basics to residents. We are curious about our new home. [Music] [Music] These so-called blocky still house 12 million people, a third of all poles. Many residents like to live in these affordable block of visca homes. A communist era residential building.
