Turkey ~ Day 6: The best diving guide for Kas, Turkey!
okay friends welcome to wonderful world today I am in CX turkey CX is a small town this town is said to be famous for diving so today I plan to find a dive shop I’ll check the prices for diving here also the water quality and what can be seen underwater I just saw on the map that diving happens in that area there are many dive shops there this town isn’t big but it’s very Lively the local police in this small town are also very nice today I got stopped twice while driving probably for parking violations and one for running a red light but when they saw I was Chinese they let me go special treatment I felt so happy hahaa so for friends who like road trips don’t worry in Turkey local police mostly won’t trouble us Chinese too much as long as you can present your license there’s usually no issue we arrived late look the boats have already left foreigners are very punctual if they say 10:30 they leave at 10:30 at the latest at the latest 10:30 usually they leave at 10:00 there are many dive boats here diving here costs 200 L per session 200 L is about 150 RMB so I’ve booked for 300 p.m. I’ll dive here at 3:00 p.m. so here’s a tip for friends coming to CX for diving arrive at the pier by 10 a.m. every morning in the afternoon there’s only one trip at 300 p.m. in the morning there are many trips 200 L don’t overpay don’t let anyone charge more than 200 L because I asked around some places in town asked for 300 L at the pier it’s 200 L okay now I’ll explore the town and grab some food then I’ll return here at 3:00 p.m. they just reminded me to arrive 20 minutes early so it’s fine it’s 300 p.m. now we’ve arrived at the boat this is the boat we’ll be taking this one leaves at 300 p.m. we chose this boat this boat is larger now we’re boarding filling out some paperwork then we’ll start diving we need to sign a waiver signing the waiver now picking out equipment I’m using the smallest size I even brought my own mouthpiece let’s see you want a short short one yes wow it’s been a long time since I dived I feel Rusty BCD is set [Music] up backup air source is [Music] ready starting to check the equipment now let’s turn on the air to check twist twist twist keep twisting until the end then twist back one full turn checking the air pressure 190 or 80 and above is fine now checking if I can breathe through the regulator good checking if the BCD Works [Music] inflate okay good now I’m turning off the air remember to turn it back on before entering the water all set now I’m going to change cloes I’ve put on my wet suit look it’s made in China by da cathlon this suit yeah no one else is wearing this here no one else haha now I’m waiting for my turn waiting here and knocking on the door knock knock on your door haha knock knock we’ve set off now getting ready to dive a [Music] [Music] [Music] he [Music] he [Music] just came back from diving I feel that diving here there’s no Coral at all haha it feels lifeless underwater but the visibility is decent about 20 M about 20 M I guess as for the water temperature above 10 m it’s 28° C below 20 M it’s 24° C if you just want to to check it off your list you can come here but if you’re coming just for diving it’s not worth it first of all here there’s not much to see underwater just lifeless scenery it’s really not worth coming just for this that’s all for today’s video if you like my video please like follow and comment
