Here i am walking around in Berlin city center and making walking tour videos in Berlin.

The Berlin Christmas market is one of the most diverse in Berlin. Nostalgia lovers, fairground enthusiasts, and ice skating fans will all find something to enjoy here.

Between the Red Town Hall and St. Mary’s Church, the Berlin Christmas Market is taking place again this year , with many highlights: from the panoramic Ferris wheel to the ice rink. Merchants and craftspeople sell their wares on the old Berlin market street. And three times a day, Santa Claus himself whizzes through the Berlin air on his reindeer-drawn sleigh above the bustling market.

Time travel to the Middle Ages
Around St. Mary’s Church, the medieval market invites you on a journey through time: fresh bread is baked in the medieval show bakery, the innkeeper serves hot mead in clay jugs in the tavern, you can dine in cozy corners in the old medieval style, and a life-size nativity scene as well as Christmas services in the church remind you of the Christmas story.

High above the nostalgic backdrop rises the landmark of Christmas Berlin: the 50-meter-high panoramic Ferris wheel. From enclosed panoramic gondolas, you have a wonderful view of the bustling Christmas atmosphere of the metropolis.

Around the Neptune Fountain, Berlin’s most beautiful ice rink invites young and old to go ice skating. Here, you can glide across the 600 square meters of ice and enjoy the festive ambiance. Afterward, you can warm up in one of the large, heated mulled wine tents surrounding the ice rink.

For all young and young-at-heart Christmas market visitors, Santa Claus flies through the Berlin air three times a day in his sleigh.
Amusement park enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy at the foot of the TV tower: historic children’s carousels, some up to 100 years old, and the nostalgic swing carousel for everyone make the Berlin Christmas season an unforgettable experience.

Special culinary delights
Visitors are also well catered for in terms of food: whether smoked salmon, hand bread, baked apples, or various types of bratwurst, there’s a special treat for everyone. In heated mulled wine rooms, Berlin originals and surprise performances delight the guests.
