Driving in Germany: Bundesstraße B57, B9 & B220 from Kalkar to Emmerich am Rhein via Kleve
In this video you can ride along on Bundesstraßen B57, B9 & B220 from Kalkar to Emmerich am Rhein in the West of Germany. Following the last stretch of B57 to Kleve, we bypass the city on the B9 before getting onto the B220 towards Emmerich. We cross the Rhine river on still the country’s longest suspension bridge.

Mooie brede wegen met prachtige bomenrijen. Veel wegen waren in Vlaanderen ook zo tot de jaren '60 lintbebouwing en heraanleg leiden tot lelijke asfaltbanen afgelijnd door huizen in plaats van bomen. Gebruiken ze in Duitsland nu vooral Arnheim/Nimegen of de Nederlandse namen?
