  1. If your guest is paying under 500 with unlimited electricity, it is a rarity. A steal, a deal. Just look up the listed prices for this building! The area is also a high society area, and restaurants and stores reflect the higher rent district. Don't expect to get the same deal this guy got.

  2. What a bad condo to live at water dripping from air on door frame main bedroom rusty balcony partition and air conditioning in a smell this apartment no thanks but thanks for showing it. Honestly speaking

  3. I will never like a bathroom that doesn't have a real shower, because I do not like it when everything get's wet. I want the floor and sink and the toilet to all be dry. I don't want to walk in there after someone has taken a shower and everything is wet and I have to wipe in down before I use it. Especially if I'm in there for number 2, I don't want my shorts or pants getting all wet. Other than that, you have a very nice place.

  4. Paradise bar at danang is my favorite! Great big British breakfast there for $8USD.. I’ve talked to you couple times over at Paradise. I plan on coming back in couple months after 6 months there in Danang last month.

I’m going to check out this building for beach side when I get back into town. Thanks for the update.

  5. $500 dollars they saw a American coming.. My 2 bedroom apartment costs just £215 a month on a 2 year lease. And im literally two buildings down right on the beach from him. And i got two parking spaces and a Basement locker that’s really cool and Big, I rent one Car space out for £25 a week to a Office executive that has a office right behind our Building this actually pays for nearly half my rent. As i dont have a car.

  6. For those who can’t afford living in the US cause you have no skill for a high paying job, VN is great and an escape from reality. I still prefer my 4K sqft home with spaces for my family.

  7. That’s so cute, “My An” literally means peace to America or wonderful peace.
Btw, Vietnam and China both countries name for USA literally means beautiful country. They’re peaceful citizens but politics and propaganda….ahhhhh…..

  8. Will, said good advice. Always check the place first before committing. Don't ever book online. There are plenty of places around so don't think you will miss out or not find another. book a hotel with good reviews for a week and then look around for longer term places. I arrived at Will's building. the first flat had black mould around the aircon vents. The 2nd looked cleaner but the mould smell was very strong so I moved on to stay elsewhere.

  9. You don't have to say "FUCK IT" to make yourself look cool. I stop watching the rest of your video after hearing you said the F word .Be respectful when you are doing a content on YouTube.

  10. I saw a few apartments in Muong Thanh and it's EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to find a deal like that right now (12 mil dong incl electric). I was quoted 15-20 mil dong per month. Some a-hole quoted me 24 million for an apartment facing construction. I'm still looking, maybe for something available from January.

  11. Interesting editing. You start standing in front of the apartment elevator and all of a sudden your in the hotel elevator going up. Maybe you mention that, but the rooftop observation deck IS NOT in the apartment you showed. It is a great apartment and a great location for the price.
