      Thank you for another lovely video. We were in Nara in 2019, and at that time, I felt that is very touristy. But compared to how it seems to be now, I guess it was harmless. What I loved most in Nara, is the Kasuga Taisha, especially the room (where you have to pay to enter) with all the beautiful lanterns. We also had a very nice lunch in a tiny restaurant run by a wonderful grandma (with no englisch, and no japanese from our side, but it still worked out very well).

      Not surprised the deer swarm the ones with the crackers. Had that happen when I was visiting a similar park in Toronto. Even had one nose me in the boom boom during one swarm. "Madam, PLEASE! At least offer to buy me dinner first!"

      Also…I love that tea ceremony. Oddly enough the first time I have actually seen one…was on an episode of Samurai Jack! I would love to experience an actual one someday.

      Lovely place to travel to. The nature was magnificent. The temples peaceful. I used to work for Marriott but never stayed at a JW. What a hotel! Thank you for sharing your trip.

      I found Nara to be too overwhelmed with tourists when I went in Autumn 2024. I still had a wonderful time walking around the parks and museums. The deer being curious about me was adorable too.

      Great video! But the Marriott representative was very stilted, intrusive, and really broke the mood of the video. I think they should refrain from such blunt and in-your-face statements, and let their lovely hotel speak for itself.

      very enjoyable !!!! THe JW Marriot hotels are so luxurious. The food was supreme. I love getting to see all the temples and the deer were so cute !

      17:25 for the afternoon tea, I may have been the only one to notice, but the afternoon tea was themed after the kpop band ENHYPEN, their logo is on the cookies and Vampire is there album theme right now.
