Christmas Day is over, it's dark outside, enjoying a nice cup of coffee and episode 10.
I wish everyone, and Steve in particular, a strong 2026.
A story full of human emotions that we can all relate to in some way.
But let's take a moment to reflect on the past year and feel that (almost) anything is possible.
Slovenia….not Slovinia.
Another great vid Steve more stunning roads and scenery looking forward to to more great vids in 2026 happy and safe riding to you and all your subscribers π
How's the DR build going? Haven't seen any recent videos?
Merry Christmas Steve to you and yours. Great vlog π Hoping you have a fantastic new year ππ₯
Merry Christmas Steve..I've enjoyed all your videos this year, all very relatable and has given me lots of ideas..looking forward to watching your tours next year..
Happy Christmas Steve. Where has the year gone? I'm going to have to catch up on your trip. I've been busy touring myself. Back in blighty now for a while. Went out with my son on my old Bonnie. Started 20th kick! Ride safe.
Merry Christmas Steve! Looking forward to your schenanigens in 2026 π
Merry Christmas Steve!π Not too far away from 2026 and the start of more adventures! I canβt wait to get my GSA out and head for Europe!
If itβs early Spring sunshine youβre after look no further than mainland Greece! Feb/March is normally in the low to mid 20Cβs! Into France (overnight at Nancy), second night around Andermatt or Como and then catch the overnight ferry from Ancona to Patras!
Alternatively, a cheapish flight from your local airport to Athens and get yourself a hire bike?
Something Iβm looking into myself
Great series! Congratulations!
Merry Christmas Steve β€
Oh and for Slovenia, Croatia or combined countries you need whole dedicated tour π
Like visit our highest road to Mangart saddle, VrΔiΕ‘Δ pass, passes onto Austria and back. Not to mention PlitviΔka Jezera national park or secret Yugoslavian Ε½eljava air base in Croatia, on Bosnian border π
Come visit our Balkan countries on its own and give me a shout to tour you around π
Also Balkan countries traditional foods, are always on the top of the top π
Merry Christmas Steve , to you and your from me and mine .
If you can let me know when youβre next planning on going through France , so I can avoid . You definitely donβt have the luck with the rain there .
Good episode as always .
All the best
Mark
Well, that was a long day, Steve. You must feel pretty sore after all that time on the bike? I'm sitting here with my hot chocolate and mince pie, watching you riding through all that rain, through the black forest, with no sign of a gateaux. Merry Christmas, catch you on your last day, ride safe.
All the best Steve to you and your Family for Xmas and the coming New Year 2026. I was a nice ride back and the landscape whilst heading toward Baden Baden was very pleasing on the eye. However, I did notice the big change in the weather as you approched Northern France and it was not dissimilar to Blighty! π§ Looking forward to the final trip and hope it goes live soon, as these episodes are as important as bed time reading for me. ππΆπ ππ
