  1. In Singapore Hawker Centre never puts your utensils on the tray. Always put on the bowl or plate. The tray never gets cleaned, and you can easily get food poisoning.

  2. One of the best Laksa in Singapore is at Yishun.. At Block 928 Yishun Central. Near Northpoint City shopping Mall. Gotta be there early. Long Q always.

  3. You topic is curry, Please separate the curry from the other dish to taste the auntatic taste.Singaporean hawker tends to distract their customers by putting everything on a single plate. So where is the curry taste?

  4. Why always paid advertising places? There are places that are cheaper and tastier. All u do is visit to paid adv places and that makes me think twice of ur recommendations. Been to a few places in KL that u recommended as well and all socks. Make the good contents like u did last time and not the paid ones that u have like this. As ur fans and followers, we deserve more than these cheap paid contents.

  5. Bless good afternoon Mr Mark just wanted to find out is it on the same level as our curry in Trinidad & Tobago but understand due to different culture . Hope you're having a great day .

  6. This is roti canai in Malaysia. Both roti and canai are or of Indian origin. Roti is bread in Indian languages, canai comes from chana which means chickpea in Indian languages and it's actually derived from chickpea flour. In Singapore prata is derived from Bharata which means India in Sanskrit. Sambal is of course Malay in origin. I like how you show the multiculturality of both Malaysia and Singapore and I think it's good for the locals especially the Singaporeans to learn the origins of their cuisine humble or swanky. Being American you're even better for mingling with other Asians and respecting the cultures.
