  1. After 35 years of skiing I can say these are great advice. Also:
    – practice falling – sounds weird but will take away your fear and lower risk of injury
    – buy high quality clothing – especially boots, gloves and helmet need to fit perfectly or you will have pain and or cold feet and hands which ruins the fun
    – wear rather too many layers than too little but most with a zipper in front so you can regulate temperature. Try to avoid sweating as afterwards you will be cold

  2. My first time was last year I was 10 but anyways it took me 2 times down the hi,k and I looked like a pro and we’re going tmrw and I got new skiing glacess so exited
