1st location deserves Michelin.
First spot he said he has been open from 1955 and that each day they use some broth from the day before, but he didn't actually say it is the same broth for 75 years.. If it was, he'd probably advertise it pretty heavily like Wattana Panich. Chances are, the broth has been "reset" over the years for various reasons. Probably still pretty old though!

The third noodle place they use Carnations milk( evaporated milk) not coconut milk. Either way. All looks delicious and hope to try them someday. Great content.

Thai beef noodle is one of my favorite noodle dish completely different in flavors and taste more savory and condensed than Vietnamese pho. I distinctively remember having my very first Thai beef noodle when I was no more than 5-yrs old when my dad took me to Bangkok. I can literally still taste the flavors in my mouth 50+years later. Hopefully I'll be able to go back and enjoy it again as an adult among other dishes.
That third noodle dish with all the seafood looks more Korean or is Korean inspired without a doubt.

The first place had consistently being my family go to place since elementary school days even though we moved far away from the area,but we still return there time to time bc it’s that good!
The consistency in taste and quality has always been top notch.Big Su any days.
