      The Swedes' boycott is almost one hundred percent. A people who are considered so friendly that even the Japanese don't want to stop the Swedish tourists. They are even welcome in Barcelona! The Swedes' attitude is a mixture of political stance and pure politeness – they would never go to a country where they are clearly not welcome.

      I'm German, and the atrocities of ICE is watched closely. It doesn't feel good to hear the many comparisons to "Nazi Germany", but they are accurate, and as much as we don't want history reapeat in our country, as much we don't want to travel to a country which cosplays our history. German people were already afraid of American law enforcement, which is a total different experience than with German police, which is mostly calm and polite, and sometimes even competent. Now, with the Donstapo in the streets, German travellers won't feel safe, and not even soccer will compell us to come.

      The world is rethinking the U.S. as a travel destination! Why? Trump! He has shown the world the USA and the reality that Hollywood and the government hid by continuously pointing a finger at every other country, saying how bad and dangerous they were! Now the people of the world, not just Europeans, but the entire world including the rest of the American nations are seeing the tyrannical way that the U.S. has always and wants to continue, to force via military or economic power their will on everyone else! This denouement is long lasting even after Trump is long gone!

      The rethinking is much more than just travel. No country wants to do business with a country that can be a democracy, and then become a fascist state with a dictator. Nobody knows if there will be any elections in the future.

      I hope the people of the world do not go the the US for the World Cup, Olympics or for any other reason. Boycott the US and its products. Trump only understands money and if it hurts the wallet, maybe he'll start to listen.

      As a Norwegian, the US has become a place you can't bear to spend your vacation in. There are so many other nice and welcoming places in the world..and as a Nordic person, I feel that Trump's US has stabbed us in the back🤬

      Just now, Trump is threatening not only Denmark but also Norway, Finland, Sweden, Netherlands, UK, Germany and France with harsh tariffs if Denmark doesn’t hand over Greenland asap. I think you can kiss your transatlantic relationship goodbye for a loooong time. And tourism??? Don’t make me laugh! Who wants to vacation with a mad bully???

      Avoid the USA. Its not safe and the risks of being kidnapped and killed by ICE terrorists is too high. FIFA should move the football World Cup to Canada or Mexico.

      As a Canadian, my ire for the Americans that voted in for the second time runs very deep. I will boycott anything american as.much as possible and never travel there again.
      To choose the most disgusting, fascist, idiotic lunatic as leader of the country, and to foist him on the world is shocking and unforgivable.

      It's very easy to avoid travel to the USA. There's nothing there worth seeing and it's populated by an ignorant and dangerous communities each at each other's throats. If you value your life you avoid the USA. Simple!

      So, the travelers don't come, so the tourists spots don't make revenue, so the tourists spots have no money to maintain the tourist attractions, the roads, the small tourist shops, which start to close and become dilapidated, so the tourist spots are all run down, so the tourist spots are no longer attractive to tourists, so the tourists stop coming there, so the tourists spots make even less revenue, so the tourists spots have even less money to maintain the tourist attractions, the roads, the small tourist shops that were left, so more tourist shops close, so the tourist spots are even less attractive, so the travelers stop coming there, as there is nothing left to see and do in the dead tourist spots, the end.

      Trumps stupid, insulting comments about Canada and declaring he wanted it as the 51st state, and he’d destroy the economy to achieve that or “other means” set in train a grassroots boycott of US tourism. Where snowbirds once flocked to warmer US states like Florida during winter, they now find warmer places in Commonwealth countries like Australia and New Zealand, or Portugal or south of France, where they are treated courteously, instead of being sworn at or their cars keyed. Then you have the Gestapo at the border….Theres over 400 Canadians currently in ICE detention.
      So why would Canadians, or anyone, travel to a police state for a “holiday”. Not restful, not enjoyable. Awful! Jews wouldn’t travel to 1930s Germany would they.
      Obviously your president is only saying out loud what so many USers actually think. So don’t expect us back any time soon.
