Dined here the first week of January. Absolutely fantastic meal with even better service. We sat at the bar which I was very happy we chose that. Had a lot of interaction with the staff and was able to get some pretty decent pics. I don’t think tables had these lights on them which would have made for difficult photos as it is quite dimly lit, which I also enjoyed.
Stand outs were the cheeseburger course, the oysters (which I believe they are known for), and the pasta dish (which happened to be the first night of them serving it).
They offer pairings but we opted for cocktails and wine.
I would 100% recommend this place if you’re ever in Vancouver.

They are really gunning for an extra star. They’ve really stepped up their game.

Been here a few times, the last time I think spring of last year. The burger dish was just fine but my partner liked it, kind of surprised they kept it. The oyster foie gras is always a hit. The bread as well. Everything else looks on the menu looks new. This place is good, definitely worth a visit
I was there in June and it was one of the best meal, service, and wine pairings I’ve ever had. In fact, because of the absolutely amazing wine pairing, I’d say the best. We didn’t even get the higher priced one!
As a Vancouver local, I’m so glad to see this restaurant make this subreddit.
Has been my favourite fine dining experience in Vancouver by far. I try to go once or twice a year.
The vibe is great but not too stuffy or pretentious. Staff is always so nice. The server overheard my friends and I talking about how nice the plate was and the server snuck a card onto the table describing where they sourced it from.
Hope they get a second star!
Loved our trip there. Vancouver is such a great food city.
Glad they have stepped it up in the last year. Was there after an Alaskan cruise in Sept 24 and we were unimpressed. Altria in Seattle was a much finer experience at that time.
Looks amazing
The best restaurant in the city by far
