What do you think about it? Has anyone tried it before? especially in sunny weather?

  1. I don’t know that exact model but I know that the fresh and black really works, so you better set an alarm or youe will sleep for a long time

Simond tents are much better but also pricier. If you’re on a budget and want a lightweight durable tent naturehike and bissna are hard to beat

  3. Have this model! Love it. You won’t know if it’s sunny out. It’s near pitch black when you close up. Which is why I got in the first place. And man is it warm.

I have to place my cot at an angle. Is the only thing I have to complain about. Worth the $30 I spent (got it on sale from Walmart that had it for $90).

  4. I’ve not got that model, I’ve got their cheapest 3 man tent, and it’s been going strong for almost 7 years now. It’s very solidly built for the price.

  5. I have used it many times in harsh conditions, it is an amazing tent. I also have a north face, msr and other tents. The only difference is the weight. If u are not planning to carry it for a long time it is just as good as the others in the market. Have fun!

I bought a fresh and black in 2019 or so I still use it at the beach very happy with it still

I have this tent and its excellent.  you will still be warm in hot/sunny weather but it will keep the flashlights from waking you up.

Got mine from decathlon. 2 adults and 2 dogs in it with a blow up mattress and 2 backpacks and it’s perfect. We slept under the sun in around 30 c and with a small hanging fan we were cozy af
Edit: go for it it’s great

I’m always confused when people ask after buying…I hate finding out I made a mistake

  10. It was set up outside the Decathlon in Taipei that I frequent, and even went through a week long storm out there. It is very spacious inside (it was empty so maybe that’s an illusion). It held up really well to the Taipei rain. As for sunny, it was a delightful bit of shade.

Used the 3 person XL model at 2 festivals last summer – great blackout performance and quality material. Looking forward to using it for proper camping trips when it gets a little warmer soon.

For them that need to know, the time to ask this is before the purchase.

  13. Great tent for car camping where you want a quick setup.

Decathlon makes great tents if you don’t care about weight.

  14. I have the two person version and love it so far. It’s very nice to have if you’re light sensitive or stayed up too late around the campfire and need to sleep in. Air circulation isn’t the best but cracking the zippers at the top helps. I slept in it for three nights during the last atmospheric river in Southern California without any water leakage, even with a good amount of flooding at some points.

  15. I got the 2 person 2 second tent years ago, right before the black out was an option of course 😅. At the time, it was super cheap in contrast to similar tents at the time. It has withstood the test of time! I am very anal retentive about tent care and don’t let others fuss with mine. I’ve had other people screw up my tents on two separate occasions, so it’s no touchy now. So as long as you take care of it, it should last you a good while.

I had it. Using it for motorcycle trips in the summer. Its unbereable on the direct sun, you will need to find a shade. But its a great tent, high quality, very good rain protection, good ventilation a and very quick to assemble and dissassemble. Would buy again!

  17. >Has anyone tried it before?

are you serious? This is basically their best selling tent model.

That being said I’d rather spend a little more and get the 2 seconds easy foldable tent (which is a completely different model than the “2 seconds”). I’ve got the 2P and 3P size and they’re vastly superior compared to the MH100 or 2 seconds pop up tents.
