Da Nang is a fantastic coastal Vietnamese city that offers expats and travelers an unbeatable mix of affordable, high-quality living, stunning beaches, modern amenities, and vibrant culture. This makes it almost perfect for digital nomads, retirees and budget adventurers seeking a tropical, clean, and comfortable lifestyle with cheap food, beer, and housing. It’s considered the most livable city in Vietnam and definitely one of my favorites.

In this video, I walk you through 6 different apartments ranging from $344 to $650 USD. I share some insight about apartment hunting in general based on my many years of experience as a real estate agent, property manager and landlord in the United States. Plus, I’m fluent in Vietnamese so can navigate the language and cultural nuances that other foreigners may miss.
