We’re still in France on beautiful Lake Annecy, and this one turned into a day we’ll never forget 🥹
It’s Amanda’s birthday and Mark surprised her with a boat hire on Lake Annecy for a couple of hours – and honestly it was the best fun we’ve had in ages. We headed out onto the lake with friends, stopped off to jump in for swims, soaked up the views and laughed nonstop. Absolute perfection 🚤💦
We give you a quick review and basic tour of our Lake Annecy campsite, sharing our thoughts for anyone travelling France by motorhome or campervan.
We then move on to our next destination in the mountains, arriving at a gorgeous campsite with a fabulous swimming pool, before treating ourselves to a meal out to round off an amazing few days.

Boat trip looked great, fantastic video as per 🙂 think ill put that on my list
We stayed in June last year at camping La Nubliere and also hired that boat. Such a great experience and the weather so hot. We took the water taxi to Annecy from Doussard. The town is so beautiful. There is a nature reserve next to the campsite with beautiful walks. It was lovely to see Annecy again – it’s one of those places that stays with you – and one you dream of returning to.
