One of the BEST restaurants I have ever experienced. Had never done kaiseki before and my wife and I were new to the experience and came in with little to no expectations.

The food – so absolutely brilliantly prepared, every single detail was not overtly done but moreso everything had a *purpose*

The charcoal grilled eel on fried sweet potato with yuzu & the donburri with A5 wagyu truffle egg yolk sweet ponzu changed my life – I can still tell you exactly what each taste like.

Paris is already famous for its dining scene but I get weary of the richness after a few days – this was rich in a different way – the food felt warm and the atmosphere was meditative.

Truly hesitated posting this due to how good it is.
