4:01 is Budapest
After travelling to both Serbia and Montenegro last year can honestly say Montenegro can not be done remotely on a budget.
Serbia was outstanding for value of money and tbh we had way more fun and enjoyment there. Was surprised how much beauty it had as it certainly is not expected. Would highly recommend travel there.
Montenegro kotor Bay is insanely beautiful but we didn't enjoy so much with over priced and too many pushy tourists. Budva was a let down but we loved Jaz beach but again pricey.
Just my opinion
