I’m interested in getting one of these for backwoods use. They are very similar except the Forte is priced more and weighs less. The Tempo is rated 1 degree cooler but also weighs about 1lb more but about $40 cheaper. Am I overthinking this? I’m leaning towards the Forte because it’s less weight but I know the small difference in temperature rating can make or break my comfort.
Thanks so much ✌️

One thing to note, the 35 degree bags are not that warm in any weather dropping below 50. 1 degree rating won’t make much difference.
Outside of that, don’t over think it! I’d probably choose Forte for the thermal gils.
I’d.go for the endless promise every time. The gills make it more versatile for warmer weather and 40 bucks to lose a full pound is a good deal, especially of you ever, maybe, possibly, consider hiking.
I own a down nemo disco in this same shape, you’ll love the design!
Forte all day
Just be aware of that shoulder girth spec — for the regular version, Tempo has a few more inches and may be a bit more comfortable if you’re a side / active sleeper.
If the shoulder spec isn’t a concern the Forte seems like a nice bag at that price.
I have an older version of the Tempo and really love Nemo’s spoon shape.
