  1. Mark, thanks for showing the Dusseldorf boat show. It is mind-boggling big. Really enjoyed seeing it. Such an odd place for the biggest boat show in the world — I've never heard Dusseldorf described as a yachting center like Fort Lauderdale or Miami.

  2. Thank you Mark, Sweetie, Vince and Bob. Fantastic boat show, nice big toy shop for rich men.
For me there is nothing much worse than being presented with a rubbish coffee early morning.
    Enjoy yourselves.
    Cheers from Durban.

  3. Great boat show. No wonder it took you 2 days to get through all of it. Thanks for sharing the info on the little tiny stove. So versatile. Love following your travels (from frosty Canada).

  4. I generally don't like a lot of wood on boats, highlights in wood yes, but not plastered everywhere – but it really works on that Flemming. Gotta pay for it, but still.. I was looking at the prices for this show to visit a while back, and it's actually very reasonable, I thought.

  5. Love the wood burners, hopefully N68 Dragon bought some!😂 I keep meaning to ask I see on the drawings of N51 that there is a skeg to protect the prop but yours lacks that feature, was it an option or have they added that to new builds?

  6. I've been to the Motorcycle and Auto shows in Germany. This boat show looks as big. The size and amount of things to see is mind boggling. I have never seen anything close in the US.

  7. So mark you said the pastry tastes good at that coffee shop but the coffee itself tastes like it's been filtered through a jock strap is that about right and probably a well used one at that ha you have an excellent day and enjoy the dusseldorf boat show

  8. Fun fact about the Tower next to the marina: it’s also a giant clock! The lights on the tower show the time, with the glowing dots representing the digits of the current time.

  9. God help the Dusseldorf boat show it is mark and mister Dragon, what a pair only catastrophe can happen after that ha just a joke I hope you guys have an excellent time

  10. 00:23 – "to check out this show, and we were not disappointed" – Well Mark and Fiona, as viewers we came to check out your episode, and likewise, we were not disappointed! Thanks so much for the time and effort that goes into your content! This was a really good glimpse into the boat show! Loved getting a wee look around with you!

  11. 4:20 – as a bit of a coffee lover myself… I am really curious as to why this one was rated as the worst you've had. Was it a burnt flavour, was it temp, was it too much crema? Back home here in NZ, is there any particular bean/provider you especially like? I really like Pomeroys (Nelson based) and Atomic if I can get them. Locally Allpress and Underground are very nice too. Lyttelton Coffee Company call for a "triple shot" basket/brew and that, is especially nice!

  12. It's nice to see they let the people just walk on and tour the boats, not like England where you have to make an appointment which makes our boat shows a waste of people's money.

  13. That was amazing, huge boat show, how you managed to get through it in only 2 days is beyond me, thanks guys , great episode, loved the De Alm Trawler. Did you find your binoculars Mark?

  14. Seeing the heater cutaway reminds me of the AvGasJanitrol heaters that you probably had the misfortune to try and keep warm with in your early flying days!

  15. Something I'd like to see someone exhibit is audio solutions for pilot houses. And also coffee/espresso machine systems. Then I'd want a Jachtbouw De Alm built around those very reasonable specs.

  16. I’ve been to Das Boot 4 times. A 2 day trip, flying in from LHR, and stopping at The Melia with a bunch of like minded boaters. I’ve only ever managed 3 Halls. It’s a hell of an experience. Great fun.
