My first trip to Europe, I hitchhiked all over Brittany, and was on my way to Paris, stopping at Chartres on the way. I fell in love with the Cathedral, and spent the three days I had planned for Paris at the cathedral. Got to see one lecture by Malcolm Miller. Wish I had seen more.
