



















This is a return visit to EMi. Chef Ruben kept things interesting for me by swapping in some new dishes he’s developing around seasonal spring ingredients and upcoming menu refreshes. The core menu feels even more dialed in now – better balance without losing any of that depth. The foie gras egg custard with lobster and dry-aged duck broth was the star of the night for me. Service hit that sweet spot of being on it without feeling stiff, and the wine pairing is honestly absurd for what it is. Hard to argue this place isn’t already operating at a two-star level.
