Split up a 5 hour drive for work meetings by camping overnight at Monument Lake. After a hot shower this morning, I made it to my first meeting refreshed and ready for the day. Would have preferred to chill at the campground this morning instead of putting on a suit but this beat a LONG predawn drive.

Looks like an amazing time
Wild to me that I can solo camp in bear country and sleep just fine, but the thought of camping anywhere close to an alligator terrifies the crap out of me.
