Are you on one airline/codeshare airlines that can check bags through? Most likely you won’t need a visa unless you plan to leave the airport, since you are flying Non Schengen to Non Schengen.
Spain does not require direct airside transit visa for Filipino passport holders

You have 10.5 hours of connection time, you might want to leave the airport.

For what its worth, I’d say just get a visa anyway. Seems a better choice to go and see the sights for the day, rather than twiddling your thumbs for 10 hours at the airport

You do not need a transit visa, but it would be a good investment to have a Schengen visa so you can go out. There’s not much to do at Barajas even if Terminal 4 is the biggest terminal, and you’d be better served by going out and seeing a bit of Madrid before flying on to Lima.

Are you flying Business class? Iberia has a nice lounge but outside of that, you do not want to be in the airport for 10 hours. Recommend applying for the visa and grabbing some tapas in Madrid!
