We started with some nice bites: a flatbread with courgette flower and parmesan, a little brioche. And a tartlet filled with duck liver and a tartare of dorade.

After that came some more amuses: a little toast with confit aubergine with bell pepper and anchovy

A gel of tomato with gazpacho, mustard sorbet, basil oil

Sea urchin flan with foam of spices

Pigs trotter ravioli in pork consommé

All this was such a perfect start to the meal

Than came 2 types of bread with salted butter from France.

The first course was a tartare of Belgian veal paired with a cauliflower cream and a lot of great caviar

The second course was lobster in 2 preparations: lobster tail with celeriac risotto, capeletti filled with spinach and ricotta, lobster bisque and tarragon oil

The other preparation was lobster ‘salpicon’

A cold preparation of lobster paired with confit tomato, olive, lobster oil and tarragon

The third course consisted of a perfect piece of sea bass, fried on the skin served with artichoke, courgette and a tomato beurre blanc

The main course was summer venison

Paired with cherries, almond and girolles

A little pre dessert was a panna cotta with a sorbet of chartreuse

The cheese course was Aurelie goat’s cheese with apricot compote

The main dessert came in 2 preparations

Strawberry mousse with white chocolate and vanilla oil

Pain perdue with vanilla sorbet, fresh strawberries, balsamic vinegar

Than came a dessert trolley with the coffee, i chose: riz au lait, boule de Berlin, flancake, chocolate ganache

After that came an ice cream trolley, i went for pistache ice cream with crumble

This was a fantasic experience which i would recommend to anyone

We also stayed at the hotel which was also amazing
