Yeah Cape Town’s got that magic that makes you forget about the flight time once you land. I did Atlanta to JNB to Cape Town last year and honestly the second leg goes by quick since you’re already acclimated and just hyped to be there

  3. That view is Amazing, was this taken on the Sea point promenade or somewhere further down the coast??

Are you working remotely, so that you can spend 1 month there? The pictures look amazing

  5. I’d love to spend a month there! We stayed in Sea Point for a week this past May, after 10 days spent in Botswana / Zimbabwe doing safari stuff. One day our plans to do the Table Mountain paragliding were spoiled by high winds, so instead we hiked all the way from the cablecar to Bakoven. Incredible views. I think we were averaging something like 20,000 steps a day while we were there.

If I lived there I would be in the most incredible shape lol

  6. There’s something about Cape Town that keeps calling me back. the only thing standing between me and a yearly visit is that long haul from the US!

  7. One of my favorite cities. Would definitely move there if it were safer. To be fair, I didn’t see a single crime in 2 months there, but I was also with a native family who knew how to stay safe and only stayed in homes that were surrounded by electric fences, alarms, and barbed wire. Some even had armed guards. Saw plenty of horrendous stories in the newspapers though. Life is not perfect, no country is perfect, but SA has a unique charm to it.
