Can anybody recommend a campground on the shore of Lake Ontario ?

I'm planning a camping trip for this summer

I live in Michigan, and have visited four of the five great lakes
Lake Ontario is last one I need to go into

I'm bringing my small sailboat
so I'll need easy access to the lake

I'll be car camping with my tent

I'm fine with rustic
or I'll pay for full amenities

I'd prefer the U.S. side, to avoid border crossing issues
