We've got an expanded kitchen team in place to support ownership and lot's of new food to show you. Hope to see you soon! feel free to dm me if you have any issues, we're happy to put your booking in manually.

for the uninitiated:

Honey Badger is a contemporary American restaurant serving a dynamic, constantly changing tasting menu. Our food hopes to represent an intimacy with nature, the environment, and the terroir of the American north-east. Every guest has a clear view of the open kitchen, the stage from which our team prepares the daily omakase. Every table is the chef's counter!

Honey Badger is a wild to table eatery. Our network of foragers extends from Maine through Pennsylvania, with a keen focus on sustainable harvesting and highlighting the terroir of the north-east. We also work closely with small local farms as well as our own bio-dynamic one. We take great pride in using the very best produce available at its peak quality. Our aim is to showcase the best our local farmers and foragers have to offer through both our food and beverage, the cornerstone of which is our broad in-house fermentation program.
