Tokorozawa Sakura Town (ところざわサクラタウン) is an ambitious joint project between KADOKAWA and Tokorozawa City of Saitama Prefecture as part of the Cool Japan Forest Project. It is Japan’s newest hotspot for all things Japanese pop-culture – anime, movies, games, light novels, ramen, eSports, and more. This large-scale multi-purpose complex will include an anime hotel, library museum and bookshelf theatre, restaurants, shops, and more. Tokorozawa Sakura Town’s long awaited grand open will finally take place on November 6th, 2020 (Fri).
