Lake Salagou Walk & Saint-Jean-de-Buèges Village | Slow Travel France | Relaxing Nature Video

Hello my dear ones… I’m so happy to walk with you again.

In this relaxing slow travel video, we begin with a peaceful walk at Lake Salagou (Lac de Salagou) in the South of France. This man-made lake, surrounded by unique red landscapes, has become a calm and beautiful natural escape.

Then we return to the charming medieval village of Saint-Jean-de-Buèges. Even if you’ve seen it before, this time we discover something new — a hidden castle garden with plants from the Middle Ages, including absinthe, roses, and traditional herbs.

After that, we continue with a quiet walk along a mountain river, accompanied by natural sounds — flowing water, birds singing, and gentle movement.

At the end of the video, we stop at a small and cozy place — Maison Canaguette (crêperie bretonne).

This video is perfect for relaxation, stress relief, and immersive nature experience. A slow, meditative journey through the French countryside.
