Day 1 — Ease into Oia
Wander Oia early before crowds, walk down to Amoudi Bay for lunch with the sea, climb back up for the iconic Oia sunset
Day 2 — The caldera day
Catamaran cruise (Red Beach, White Beach, hot springs swim, BBQ on the boat). The Santorini experience, not optional.
Day 3 — Slow & sweet
Imerovigli morning + Skaros Rock hike → Three Bells of Fira → sunset dinner in Pyrgos village
