1. All 5 seasons of Taste
-Sweet, sour, Salty, hot, Umami, one little bite for every taste. A Sweet Jelly, a sour Berry, salty Parmesan, spicy Greens and a umami broth. A great and Creative way to start.

    2. bread and Butter
-Fluffy Inside and a nice crust together with a light Joghurt Butter and some chive and Dill oil. Don’t Tell my cardiologist, but i finished two potions of that Butter.

    3. Salmon, Oyster and a boat of fresh greens
-soft poached Salmon with an oyster in a beetroot Sauce & a Horseradish boat filled with Greens to give a freshness to the dish.

    4. their take on a German dish called „Königsberger Klopse“ (meatballs in a creamy Sauce with capers)
-A very comforting dish. Minced Pork cubes, grilled and put in a foamy caper Sauce. With as slice of grilled Toast with Mayo and caviar on top.

    5. Snails in a Safran Sauce
-My Personal favourite dish in that menu. Grilled snails in a creamy Safran Sauce with crispy seaweed on top.

    6. Wagyu hamburger
-minced Wagyu with a mushroom Jelly in a bed of peppercorn Sauce with a slice of Toasted brioche and onion chutney. A lovely dish, everything came together well, but the meat got a Bit overpowered by the umami-heavy mushroom Jelly and strong peppercorn Sauce.

    7.The signature Cheese Toast
-slice of Toast with a Heavy Cheese cream and shaved mushroom on top. Great, but you Need to like a strong cheese flavour. Even if you have the wine pairing, with this dish they serve a mushroom kombucha with it, and it combined great with the dish.

    1. A ring of vanilla ice cream with salty Olive oil in the middle and chillen chocolate on top served with a touch of warm chocolate Sauce
-Simple, comforting and delicious. Nothing Special but simple made great.

    2. Croissant knot with Vanilla cream
-served warm, flaky & buttery with a light, Sweet Vanilla cream. A nice way to end while you wait for the bill.

    3. And to finish, They come with a macaron trolley
-i took one caramel, one Coffee and a raspberry flavoured one. They tasted good, but nothing Special about it.

All in all i had a great experience. The Service was super friendly and as a solo dining Person i had a Great Experience sitting Right Next to the Open kitchen. The Food was Great and i love their seasonal, regional take. Even the Wagyu came from a Farm 50km north of Hamburg. But i recommed you to go there from September to May, because i Heared their Summer menu (only veg) is Not worth the Money. This was in March 26‘.
