Jennifer Lawrence is known for her street style for a reason. Whether hopping on a bike, pushing a stroller, or, as is the case here, listening to headphones on a walk, the star always manages to strike the perfect balance between practicality and style—stepping out in high-low, lived-in looks that pair luxury items (think shoes from the Row) with easy affordable pieces (she’s great with a thrifted tee). And yesterday, she took thing up a notch, pairing her Hermés Kelly bag with a casual flannel tied around her waist.

Photographed crossing the street in New York City, the actor was spotted wearing an oversize white T-shirt printed with the image of a long-stemmed flower wilting over the side of a vase, its petals starting to fall. She styled the tee with a pair of loose-fit bright-orange trousers, which featured stripes down each side in abstract patterns of green and yellow. She tied her cozy red-and-blue flannel around her waist and slipped into a pair of yellow suede loafers (from the Row, of course).
To ground the colorful fit, Lawrence added black sunglasses with gold details, a matching chunky gold necklace, and a croc-embossed black leather Kelly handbag, which sat perched on her forearm. The Hermés piece was left open for an effortless cool-girl touch, and in her opposite hand, she held her phone.
