I took the ferry from Stavanger to Tau, and then drive to Preikestolen Fjellstue. The hike to Preikestolen is a total of eight kilometers and the round trip takes four hours. Preikestolen is a steep cliff which rises 604 metres (1,982 ft)above Lysefjorden and it’s located near the Western part of the Fjord, and on it’s North side.
PREIKESTOLEN (Pulpit Rock) is one of the world’s natural wonders, and the most breathtaking viewing platform and is a must-see attraction for visitors in Norway.
