Hi Paris , so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Tasty A La Cart started as a mobile food cart with a simple vision: small cart, big taste. I invested in equipment, created a brand, and began serving at local businesses, schools, community events, and festivals across the Southside of Atlanta. Along the way I kept expanding my menu from mini pancakes and nachos to açai bowls, dirty popcorn, and root beer floats.
What really helped my business grow was my willingness to show up wherever people were. I became a preferred vendor at events, built relationships with businesses like BrandSmart, and earned repeat invitations because of our customer service and the quality of our food. Tasty A La Cart became known not just for the food, but for creating fun experiences and giving back to the community.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has definitely not benn a smooth road, Although I been in the food industry and hospitality industry for well over 20 years this is something I did not expect, I’ve had several successful business this by far is the hardest, I had to learn to hitch and unhitch the trailer, drive the trailer, set it up it’s so many obstacles however I’m still standing and still learning the food truck business.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
You can do anything you put your mind to, Don’t allow anyone to talk you out of your dream.
