On parental leave so can’t stray too far from home. Been exploring the central ridgelines in the middle of San Francisco with my baby on my back. Yesterday I did 6 miles of the Bay Area Ridge Trail through SF, CA, USA – 1,800 feet of climing and a fantastic mix of nature and city views!

About 2/3 of it was within city parks and on hiking trails, with the other 1/3 on quiet residential streets. Walked out the front door in the Lower Haight district and ended at a light rail stop to get home.
