Rupin Dang harvests a daily dose of citrus, among them oranges, kinnow / kinnu, malta and red blood grapefruit at the Wilderness Orchard in South Delhi. The oranges of north India’s heat are extremely sweet and juicy, despite the common notion that oranges do well only in Mediterranean climes such as Florida, California, the South of France or in Sikkim or Nagpur in India.
