Marella Discovery 2 changed from Tui Discovery 2 when Cruise Review was released. Thomson cruises became Marella Cruises. Which means that Tui Discovery 2 is now Marella Discovery 2. Despite this Marella Discovery 2 and Marella Cruises are still under TUI holidays.

Marella Cruises have become synonymous with a typically British affordable holiday known for its friendly service and laid back atmosphere.
Marella Discovery 2 has over 900 cabins. 40 percent of these cabins are balconies. This is slightly more than Marella Discovery.
Marella Discovery 2 has seven restaurants to choose from and all of them have children’s menus & highchairs available. There’s full waiter service at the main restaurant, which serves up traditional dishes with a modern twist.
The balance between complimentary and for fee options is very good so if you don’t want to spend any extra then you’ll still be well catered for. The main 47° restaurant and Islands buffet are the most popular venues, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, while others, such as Gallery 47° and The Glass House, are open at selected times during the day and/or evening.
The main eatery is 47° Meals during the day come with a sea view. There are floor-to-ceiling windows, and a grand double staircase leading up to a separate venue.
There is a wide selection of Bars onboard ranging from the all-happening Live Room to the bustling Atrium Bar and the late night Bar Eleven and as mentioned the ship is fully all inclusive with a good offering. There are the beers like; Foster’s and John Smith’s from the pump; Becks and Corona to wines, spirits and a variety cocktails.
Marella Discovery 2 is known for The Main Broadway show lounge has different west end style shows which have been created by Tara Wilkinson. There will also be a guest artist normally a comic every week.
By night the Marella Discovery 2, LED movie screen overlooks the main pool, and is the place to see Movies by Moonlight. You get to wrap up in Blankets, treat yourself to popcorn and hot chocolate. This is all whilst snuggling up with the family.
