Monthly rent $650-850 USD / ¥85000~ (including utilities, wifi, all the furniture/fridge, and they clean the shared spaces frequently) note: this can be much cheaper depending on room, building, and amenities included
Contract fee $450 USD / ¥50000 (non-refundable)
