The weather in Germany remains really dangerous. Winter is showing its hardest side. At the weekend, extreme border weather caused severe storms. The German Weather Service (DWD) in Offenbach even declared the highest warning level for parts of the country. And even at the beginning of the week, amounts of fresh snow and temperatures trigger traffic chaos well below zero. In some cases, up to 40 centimetres of snow fall.
