Our road trip through Western Spain led us to places we’d never heard of.
The city of Salamanca felt like a thriving student town with quirky additions to its medieval sites (think dragons and astronauts).
We think Somiedo Natural Park might be the best-kept secret in all of Spain with quaint villages, vibrant valleys, and jaw-dropping mountain scenery; we hiked trails for hours without a soul in sight.
We were dizzy from the plethora of fun, novel activities… and maybe a little from the cider too.
