When we think of brussels sprouts, many of us are reminded of how we were force-fed them while growing up. The thing is, they probably just weren’t made correctly. Brussels sprouts are actually extremely tasty and are unfortunately one of the most overlooked and under appreciated festive dishes come Thanksgiving and Christmas – a shame since they’re super healthy too.
