When we talk about Northern Thailand, places like Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai often come to mind but what about all the other provinces around the Thai highlands? What about Phrae, Nan, Phayao? Is there worth visiting as a tourist?
Well, let’s find out together with “The Far North Road Trip”, a travel video of our road trip journey traveling across 3 remote provinces of Thailand’s North, Phrae, Nan, and Phayao.
In this video, we will show you just how incredibly beautiful the remote highland mountains of these far-flung border provinces of Thailand really are.
From the iconic sandstone mountain of Phu Langka to the millions of rice fields in Phrae, worthy of the name, the Gateway to Lanna (Lanna means millions of rice fields), the video follows us as we explored these untouched lands of the north, their interesting well-preserved cultures, and why the far north of Thailand is one of the best places in Thailand to go on a road trip.
For this video, I made it a little slower than my other videos with a lot of aerial footage of mountains in Phrae, Nan, and Phayao to showcase just how unexplored these areas are.
Accompanying with a chill, good vibe music, I hope the video gives you that energetic feel of going on a road trip with friends into remote areas where the everyday problems seem so insignificant and all the troubles in the world are left behind at home.
