Popular in France and Germany, the term ‘Rococo’, refers to a flamboyant, romantic, theatrical, curvaceous asymmetric ornamentation style of garden using natural motifs found in continental Europe. The Rococo style was replaced by Neoclassical style which became one of the most prominent and iconic architectural styles in the Western World.
