Vowels-averse indie dance rock band STRFKR make their China debut, with a show at Mao Livehouse on 12/12. Since forming in 2007, the band’s made a slow and steady rise to fame in the USA with songs on hit shows like Weeds and Skins among others. You might know them from their “Girls Want to Have Fun” cover which was used in a Terry Richardson Juicy Couture ad. Damn. That’s so hip. Poppy dance tunes about mortality and German love.
