Enjoy the Summer! 🏞️🌞👨👩👧👦 In this video, we will take you again to Olympic National Park in Washington (check also the first part from the link above). The size is 3,733.8 km2. It’s more than 5 times of the size of Jakarta (662.3 km2) and Tokyo (metro area – 627.57km2). Very big!
Despite of its big size, we will try to cover the important recreational spots good for a trip with family and friends. In this part-2 video, we will introduce following places.
1. Kalaloch Beach – Find the Tree of Life, a tree with viewable roots (not buried in a soil as normal plants!!!)
2. Kalaloch Beach 4 – See the Rock Outcrops, an ancient uplifted seafloor exposed by erosion, and see mussels, starfish, anemones brought to the beach with tide pool
3. Big Cedar Tree – See the ancient big tree here!!!
4. Hoh Rain Forest (Hall of Mosses) – One of the 7 wonders of Washington, and recognized as a World Heritage Site and Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO
