This week we are camping in Powers the Pot, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. It’s a family run caravan & campsite situated in the Comeragh Mountains. The surrounding Countryside offers a varied menu for those eager to embrace the great outdoors with such activities as hiking, fishing & horse riding. It’s a most do for those seeking to relax & refresh.

I did my long run, starting from Kilmeadan train station. This is a unique tourist attraction celebrating Waterford’s rich railway heritage. It’s a voluntary, community run project.

The following morning I ran on my favourite part of the Waterford Greenway at Kilmacthomas. Eat coffee & crepes at the old workhouse which is now called Coach House Coffee. Finishing off our day with a swim at Stradbally Cove.

We were blessed with good weather & upon finding the Stradbally Cove I honestly felt we were in the South of France rather than in Co. Tipperary.

Thanks for watching

Jacqueline & Joe 💛
