Beverly Hills Van Nuys Homeless Encampments China Town Near Skid Row, RV’s are popping up everywhere now in Los Angeles, from Van Nuys to near China Town in a Industrial Residential Area just before China Town. Beverly Hills 1 Block South of the Beverly Center also has Tents popping up right between expensive apartment buildings. Everyone now seems to have the Idea of living in a Tent and avoiding and not able to pay rents. Van Nuys walkway is blocked as Homeless have taken over the walkway above the Trains.
